Function std.datetime.date.TimeOfDay.fromISOString
Creates a TimeOfDay
from a string with the format HHMMSS.
Whitespace is stripped from the given string.
Parameters

if the given string is
not in the ISO format or if the resulting TimeOfDay
would
not be valid.
