Constructs an instance of Tag with a specified name and type

The constructor does not initialize the attributes. To initialize the attributes, you access the attr member variable.

Parameters

Name	Description
name	the Tag's name
type	(optional) the Tag's type. If omitted, defaults to TagType.START.

Example

auto tag = new Tag("img",Tag.EMPTY);
tag.attr["src"] = "http://example.com/example.jpg";
