alias Unsigned(T) = ModifyTypePreservingTQ!(Impl,OriginalType!T);

Parameters

T A built in integral or vector type.

Returns

The corresponding unsigned numeric type for T with the same type qualifiers.

If T is not a integral or vector, a compile-time error is given.
