Enum member std.traits.isExpressions

Check whether the tuple T is an expression tuple. An expression tuple only contains expressions.

enum isExpressions(T...) = isExpressions!(T[0 .. __dollar / 2]) && isExpressions!(T[__dollar / 2 .. __dollar]);
