Function dmd.delegatize.lambdaCheckForNestedRef

Look for references to variables in a scope enclosing the new function literal.

bool lambdaCheckForNestedRef (
  Expression e,
  dmd.dscope.Scope* sc
);

Essentially just calls checkNestedReference() for each variable reference in e`.
