Function std.file.attrIsSymlink

Returns whether the given file attributes are for a symbolic link.

bool attrIsSymlink (
  uint attributes
) pure nothrow @nogc @safe;

On Windows, return true when the file is either a symbolic link or a junction point.

Parameters
