Function std.xml.Element.text

Returns the decoded interior of an element.

string text (
  DecodeMode mode = cast(DecodeMode)1
) const;

The element is assumed to contain text only. So, for example, given XML such as "<title>Good &amp; Bad</title>", will return "Good & Bad".

Parameters

NameDescription
mode (optional) Mode to use for decoding. (Defaults to LOOSE).

Throws

DecodeException if decode fails
