Class dmd.cond.StaticForeach
Implements common functionality for StaticForeachDeclaration and
StaticForeachStatement This performs the necessary lowerings before
dmd.statementsem.makeTupleForeach can be used to expand the
corresponding static foreach
declaration or statement.
