Perform semantic analysis on InlineAsmStatement.

Parameters:

InlineAsmStatement `s`	inline asm statement
Scope* `sc`	context

regm_t iasm_regs(block* bp);

Called from back end.

Parameters:

block* bp asm block

Returns:

mask of registers used by block bp.
